Conditioning:
Plate Medley
Carrying different size plates, including not having one at all, sprint 25 yards.
Rest 90 seconds

Repeat 3 times.

Start with all colored plates on the ground at the start line. Choose which color you wish to sprint first 25 yards, sprint back for the next color and so on until all plates are on the opposite side. You will also need to sprint one time, both ways, without a plate. This empty run may be placed anywhere.

Jeesh! The plate sprints killed my already-sore-from-Saturday legs! But DLs and press were both good. Definite improvements from week 1. Can't wait for squat and bench on Wednesday!
