Customer Service Policy

Seminars:

In the event that you cannot make a seminar and would like a full refund, you must give at least 24 hours notice prior to the seminar start time. If you are unable to attend and are inside the 24 hour notice period, you will be given credit for the purchase price, good only for use toward any upcoming seminar or class plus or minus the difference, if there is any.

Classes:

In the event that you cannot attend a class and would like a full refund, you must give at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of the first class. If you are able to attend but ultimately decide the class time will not work with your schedule, you may receive credit for the purchase price (good only for use toward any future class) so long as it is not past the 5th class (1.5 weeks).

There are no refunds or credits given after the 5th class has elapsed. If you are a CrossFit Omaha member and attend past the 6th class in the first month or 18th class (24 sessions/course) in the second month but then decide the class time will not work, you will lose the remainder of that month and may not re-attend CrossFit group classes during that respective month either.
