There is a sign up for our Olympic weightlifting/met-con workout in the gym. It takes place on Saturday, October 2nd and we already have about 16 people signed up.
Weigh-ins are at 8:30 and lifting starts at 10AM promptly. This will be a fun learning experience for all those involved. You don't need to have any idea what you are doing in order to enjoy this event. I and the other coaches will walk everyone through it, step by step.
I encourage you to sign up. Take a chance and have a blast. You don't even need to be a member of the gym to partake. Good times people, good times.
