5 rounds:
DB Squat Cleans, 20 seconds
40 seconds of rest
Vertical Jumps (1 foot above reach), 20 seconds
40 seconds of rest
Use 35#/20# for the db squat cleans and shoot for 15 reps a round. As for the vertical jumps, can you get over 20 jumps every round?
