Team Relay (5 to a team)
Broad Jump 200 feet
21-18-15-12-9 reps of
Wall Balls, 20#/14#
Pull ups
Burpees
Each team member has to jump but only one at a time. At conclusion of jumps, each team member has to pick one of the rep sets for each exercise but cannot do the same rep set for another exercise. For example, if one member does 21 pull ups, he/she cannot do 21 for either wall balls or burpees.
