Conditioning WOD
In 8 minutes or less:
40-30-20-10
Double Unders
25-20-15-10
Kettle Bell Swings, 2 pood/1.5 pood
You have the option of breaking up the swings only twice for the duration of the workout. Where ever you choose so long as you do it only 2 times. Break it up more than 2 and it's 25 squat jumps for every time over 2.
