1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 rep rounds of:
Box Jumps, 24 inch box
Pull ups
The goal is unbroken. If you break up a round of box jumps, you must start that round over. If you break up a round of pull ups, you must start that round over from the box jumps. For example, if on round 8, you drop down from the pull ups, you must start back at 8 box jumps and then 8 pull ups again.
