Conditioning WOD
5 rounds for time of:
20 second Handstand Hold
25 -20-15-10-5 Push ups
Hold the handstand unbroken for 20 seconds then complete 25 push ups, hold again for 20 seconds and then 20 push ups, and again and again until the last set of 5 push ups is completed. You must try to go unbroken with the handstands for all five rounds.
