Tuesday 110125

Conditioning WOD
7 rounds, each for time of:
Pro Agility (5-10-5)
Rest 60 seconds between efforts.

This is more about improving agility, lateral speed, change of direction, than it is about conditioning. You may think you are wasting your time but in reality, you'd be wasting your time if you didn't do it. Make sure you rest for the entire minute and go as fast as you can during each sprint.

Goals are 4-5 seconds and lower. Sub 4 is legit.
