Rest Day

Hit up mobilitywod, learn and/or play a new sport, or try some ice bathing. I'm a big believer in playing sports such as basketball, tennis, you name it. Do not let working out in the gym be your only fitness. You keep your edge above other athletes by being barbell fit and athletic.
