AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 rep rounds of:
95/65 pound Thruster
Chest to Bar Pull ups
Start at 1 rep for each movement and move up the ladder. You have 8 minutes to get as far up the ladder as possible. If you make it to ten, start over at 1. How many times can you get through?
