3 rounds, each for time and weight, of:
Prowler Push, 100 feet
Suicide Run
1.5 minutes rest
Suicide run consists of 25 foot sprint and back, 50 foot sprint and back, 75 foot sprint and back, and 100 foot sprint and back. Touch the line with your hand when changing direction.
