Low bar back squat:
warm up: (60x5)2, 80x3,100x2
work:130,150,160, 170kgPR!=375#, failed at 175kg.

Tabata burpees; 53 total reps.

Quick question Rickey what do you say ? I cant get to testing my back squat this week, stands aren't ready yet in my gym. So I figured I'll do a mental test with something that is hard for me. I'm thinking of going for 20 min, 3 squat cleans each min on the min.
The weigh will be around 65 - 75 % of my estimated 1 RM.

350 this is a close to my PR have done 352 with out a belt before. 374 with a belt. 350 felt pretty easy and know I could have gotten more, happy with today.
