Work sets: x8 x8 x8 x8 (sets across)
Rest time: 2 min clock

RE
3 sets of:
DB Push Press - x20
superset w/
DB Single Arm Rows - :30 seconds, each arm

CWOD
On a 70 second clock, perform 20 Wall Balls, unbroken. Whatever time is left, is rest. Do this for 5 rounds.

Hang power cleans- 198, 208, 220 (missed second rep) 220 (missed both), 198.

Overhead squat- 132 across

DB push press/single arm row- 40#/40#, 45#/50#, 45#/50#

20 wallball- ~40sec per round

Need to get wrist straps. Might've sprained my thumb. Still hurts this morning. I think it's gotta be a shoulder mobility issue though. Can't get my elbows high enough with my forearms/ wrists horizontal.

The first 3 sets of hang cleans went fine, the last two not so good. I neeed to work on cleans.

Rows: (24,27), (25,24), (12,22) (accidentally did left arm back to back, so it was fatigued)
