Friday/Saturday Conditioning:
Truck Push
As far as possible in 20 seconds, rest 1 minute.

Complete ten cycles.

The truck push is always from a dead stop.

OOPS...I meant truck push! I guess I've been in SD to long already! Ha!

These were a blast! Thank you Ricky for changing it to Grand Am pushes with added weight (I count Damian as extra weight).

213 on bench went 4/5/5. Overthought the first set.

The car pushes were fun! I did start to feel a bit tired after the 6th or 7th one.
