Push Prowler distance of gym x 4
12 Pull ups
Push Prowler distance of gym x 2
9 Pull ups

These workouts are meant to be done as fast as possible. Your goal is to go unbroken. If you can't go unbroken, change the reps to allow yourself to do so. On the other hand, this workout will not be timed.
