Wednesday 100707

Conditioning:
10 x 40 yard sprints
Rest 30 seconds b/w efforts

Focus on dead sprinting. Don't let up. Give it everything you got.

Those of you competing on Saturday but have class on Saturday are more than welcome to make up the class on Friday at either 3:30 or 6:30pm. If you aren't competing and wondering if you are still having class on Saturday. We will but there will be only one class from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Obviously this is only pertinent to the Tues/Thur/Sat group.
