Conditioning WOD:
AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
12 Single Arm Overhead Kettle Bell Squat, 1 pood/.75 pood
12 Jumping Pull ups


Strength classes will be starting the next 4 week cycle. Your training numbers are 5 pounds heavier than the previous cycle, unless, you consistently completed 8 to 10 reps or more on your max reps sets.

Assistance work may be changed or kept the same from the previous cycle. The old adage remains, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If your assistance work is hard and you're progressing, stay with it. If not, change it.
