Snatch Seminar

Conditioning (de-load week):
15-10-5 reps of:
Burpees
Box Jumps, 24 inch box
Toes 2 Bar

I want to thank everyone that was involved with the seminar on Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased with everyone's progress and if you didn't quite reach where you want to go with your technique, trust me, you will get there. I saw plenty of improvement and understanding of what I taught.

Strength Development Inc. is a viable and self-sustaining part of CrossFit Omaha. It is here to stay. My plan is to continue with our core service which is strength classes but now will include, from time to time, Olympic lifting classes that will last 6 weeks in length. From the Olympic lifts to gymnastic seminars, from running seminars to recovery and mobility seminars, if there's a demand, I'll schedule them.

All these offerings will help to do one thing and are ultimately geared toward one thing, to make your CrossFit Omaha experience the best that it can be. The stronger you are, the better your technique is, the easier you can run and/or row, the more you understand how to control your body in space, and even understanding how to eat correctly will make your CrossFit experience unbelievable.

If you participated in the Snatch seminar, be on the lookout for a follow up email concerning feedback. If you liked the seminar please tell your friends and other gym members about it and notify them of the benefits of these classes and seminars. There is no need to be a member of CrossFit Omaha to take part either.

If you liked it, tell others. If you didn't, tell me.
