2 pood Kettle Bell Drag, 120 feet (60ft x 2)
Single Arm Overhead KB Walking Lunges, 5 steps each arm
15 Push ups
For the KB drag, use a muscle-up strap or something similar and attach it to the handle pull while moving backwards. Use a 1 pood KB for the overhead walking lunges.

Our 1st ever CFO Olympic weightlifting/CrossFit met will be held on Saturday, October 2nd. There is no cost to enter this meet. There will be weight classes and medals. IWF rules will be followed and taught as the meet progresses.
We would like for you to seriously entertain the idea of entering this meet as it is the perfect situation to learn a new sport. It will be friendly by all accounts and there will be no pressure.
