Today begins new strength programming. If you have any questions, please feel free to post to comments or email me and I'll be happy to answer promptly.

All workouts should begin with mobility work and dynamic flexibility drills. You may even want to throw in specific abdominal work prior to the main session of lifting.

Each rotation of lifting will last 4 weeks in duration, ending with an unload week. After 4 weeks, a change in lifts will occur. This will go on for a total of 16 weeks before programming is re-evaluated.

Conditioning will occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. No conditioning will occur on Wednesday, which is the leg emphasis day, and on weekends.
