Strict Pull up Ladder
With a continuously running clock, complete 1 dead-hang pull up during the first minute, two dead-hang pull ups the second minute, three pull ups the third minute, and so on until you are unable to go on.
If you do not reach round 8 or above (w/o a band) or 13 or above (w/ band), go back down the ladder.
