Conditioning WOD
Push the Prowler for 5 minutes. You can walk it the whole time. You can go back and forth between running it a certain distance and then walking. Whatever you choose, don't stop for 5 minutes.

If this is your first time, I'd keep it an empty Prowler. Don't want to ruin a perfectly good Friday.
