Transition

SWOD
Work some gymnastics. Treat it like you suck and try and get better at the technique of a movement or two. Get on the rings, get upside down, whatever it is, break it down and try and improve upon your movement.

Did some gymnastics work as suggested. Handstands, L-Sits, Ring Dips. Nothing hardcore.

First time to row 5k.
very interesting. Gave me time to work on my technique.
