Conditioning:
Place four boxes side by side into a square pattern with just enough room to walk between them. Load a bar up to 60% of your dead-lift max and place it parallel to the boxes. You will then dead-lift and carry over the boxes, the bar, by walking between the boxes and place it down on the other side, turn around, pick it up, and repeat.
Do this for as many reps as possible in 2 minutes, dead-lifting the bar each time (from the other side of the bar) before carrying over. Rest 2 minutes.
Repeat for 3 cycles.

Based my weight off my last working set from Monday, then ran it through the formula to get a theoretic 1RM, then took 60% of that. So used 252. Reps for the sets were 7, 8, and 9. Fun stuff! Thanks Jimbo for making sure I set the weight down correctly.
Overall, the last 8 weeks have been quite productive. Good increases in the lifts and form has gotten much better, I think. Can't wait to start the next evolution!
Good job tonight Chad and Shelley!

Chad - I think you met your goal last night on the conditioning! It was a good workout, I think I struggle with arching my back for so long, but overall it was a great workout.
7:30 T/TH - Challenge to the MWF.
5 HSPU, 25 DU, 4 HSPU, 20 DU, 3 HSPU, 15 DU, 2 HSPU, 10 DU, 1 HSPU, 5 DU for time. 8 minute cut off.
4:51 - Jake
I'll give that a shot tomorrow morning Jake!
Did HSPU as you did Jake. Upped the DUs to 30/25/20/25/10. Finished in 7:04
HSPUs weren't the prettiest but I got up.
Good work Dave!
The 6/14 WOD was 3 rep max bench. I did that same weight on Tuesday night 7 times. 11 workouts in and a +100% jump in results. This shit is fo' real, fo' sho...Chad
