Conditioning:
10 yard shuttle (3 x there and back)
15 DB Hang Power Clean, 50#/35#
10 yard shuttle (3 x there and back)
10 DB Hang Power Clean
10 yard shuttle (3 x there and back)
5 DB Hang Power Clean
10 yard shuttle (3 x there and back)
The goal is to go unbroken with the power cleans and to make the shuttle somewhat of a sprint.
