A tiny kip in there as he tires but all in all, 40 legit strict pull ups.

Mixed emotions with this one.
Power clean : got 90kg, failed at 95kg. Wasn't aggressive enough I guess, couldn't get under the bar.
Pull ups - 19 strict, last time I checked was 16.
Opening my own place tomorrow, from now on will lift as supposed to and without fear of ruining my floors at home.

I have the same problem of pulling my self under the bar. something I will be working on.

Clean 240, felt good, think I might of been able to get 250....

20 pull ups, my shoulder really hurt on that last one, might take some time off, can't afford a dr! I think I could of got a couple more, shoulder still hurts.

220, not happy with this as I split clean 264.

It was a rough day at work and I was not feeling much when I came into the gym today.
