Back Squat:
189# - 8# PR

Did my retest for half-Cindy rather than the tabata burpees. No running...too cold.

169# back squat. did way too many single sets because 169 felt great and then 174 I could hold at the bottom just couldn't push all the way up. should've done some bigger jumps between but was unsure of what to expect.

6 burpees each round except for round number six I got in 5 burpees. Would've been less I'm sure if Steve hadn't volunteered to join in with me, thanks Steve!

squat: 252 - 12#pr, barely failed 262 got greedy, could've gotten 257for sure

burpees: 57 total
