Conditioning WOD:
Reverse Tabata Burpees
10 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.

Post total burpees to comments.

Since the gym is closed for Labor Day I'm going to head on to base some time today to do the press workout. If any of you guys want to join me, email me at dave_leclaire@yahoo.com.
Or did you want us to hold off until Wednesday, Ricky?

Yeah, hold off. We're going to press on Wednesday, dead-lift on Friday, and Squat and Bench next Monday. You'll then have two days for de-load in order to get ready for the final week.

Hit up the conditioning and anything else you like to work on.
