ANNOUNCEMENT:

I'm interested in knowing who would be interested in a Tuesday, Thursday class at 8AM, starting on October 3rd and then adding one in at 3:30PM in December (no additional cost to CFO members). This class would offer members an opportunity to work on different disciplines, met-con style. For instance, I am planning on making the month of October, body-weight month. This could follow with barbell month, kettle bell month, Olympic lifts month, etc.

This would be an opportunity for members to come to a class, when they want, as a part of regular programming, and do only the flavor of the month. If you really like body-weight met-cons, there will be 8 classes in the month of October that you can attend and get your body-weight met-con in and so on for each following month.

If you'd be interested in an 8AM or soon a 3:30PM class that would be available on Tuesday's and Thursday's only, post to comments. This may even turn into 7AM too as we might be closing shop on the current 7AM class.

This is also a great opportunity to learn how to scale movements more precisely for your current capabilities so that when you participate in other classes, you'll be better prepared to make the workout a great experience.

I'm definitely in for the 3:30 class in December....wish you could start it sooner! I can't wait that long! Ha!

I would be interested if it changed to 7am. 8am is too late.

Might consider 3:30 later

The 3:30 will be perfect for me. But don't expect me during burpee month.

I'm with Greg. 8 AM is cutting it too close. But 7 AM would be nice.
