Power Clean- 184lb- 10lb PR

Low Bar Back Squat- 220lb- 22lb PR

Back squat- 264, 22 pound increase over first week

Tabata burpees- managed to hold 7 all the way through. First time testing, I held 7 several rounds then dropped to 6.

Back Squat - 220#

Burpees - first 2 rounds 6 reps then 5 reps, 1 rep more than last time

Back squat 330 x 5 reps. (36 # better)

Tabata burpees 8-8-8-7-7-7-7-7. (got 6 last time)

Back squat 164 X 5. Probably could have gone even higher however I didn't plan well. I know this is a huge PR as my 1 rep was 130. Need to stop under estimating myself so much!
